Описание

The Agile Project Manager will lead digital product teams for The Sun website, mobile app and related services. Working in a cross‑functional environment, you will drive delivery of new functionality using Scrum and Kanban. The role involves close collaboration with product, engineering and senior stakeholders to improve user experience and operational tools.

Обязанности

Deliver projects and products using appropriate agile methodologies, iterating frequently
Lead collaborative planning, prioritising work against team capacity and capability
Enable teams to solve problems, remove blockers and improve workflow
Engage senior stakeholders, providing clear visibility of progress, risks and dependencies through dashboards
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams from initiation to delivery, establishing context and iterative plans
Ensure clear accountability and decision‑making forums across teams
Leverage AI tools to identify opportunities for process speed and quality improvements

Требования

Proven experience applying a range of agile project management methods such as Scrum and Kanban
Ability to balance multiple priorities and navigate ambiguous situations effectively
Strong communication and reporting skills for senior stakeholder engagement
Experience in matrix managing multidisciplinary teams including product and engineering

Условия
