Step Up, an engineering company, is seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in KELIA for a large life insurance transformation project. The role involves functional analysis, specification, testing, and coordination between business and IT teams. The candidate must have 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, deep knowledge of life insurance processes, and proficiency with KELIA and Agile methodologies.

Обязанности

Collection and analysis of business needs
Writing functional specifications and user stories
Participation in framing and design workshops
Analysis of functional and IS impacts
Contribution to the definition of target processes
Development of the acceptance strategy and test plans
Writing and execution of functional test cases
Coordination of acceptance campaigns
Identification, qualification, and tracking of anomalies
Validation of fixes and contribution to Go/No Go decisions
Interface between business teams, MOA, MOE, and publishers/integrators
Participation in project committees and follow-up meetings
Reporting progress on assigned activities
Support for users during acceptance and deployment phases

Требования

Very good knowledge of life insurance processes including Underwriting, Contract Management, Arbitrations, Payments/Redemptions, Taxation, Savings/Provision
Good mastery of the KELIA tool
Significant experience in functional testing
Proficiency in Agile and/or V-cycle methodologies
Use of tracking and testing tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, Squash, Xray
Capacity for writing and analysis
Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis
Significant experience in life insurance environments
Experience with KELIA indispensable
Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with business and IT contacts
Rigor, autonomy, and synthesis spirit
