Описание

FTMO is a Czech fintech company looking for a Creative Production Team Lead to manage a team of graphic designers, motion designers, and video makers. The role involves overseeing campaign delivery, A/B testing, and localization, as well as mentoring the team and scaling with AI.

Обязанности

Together with project managers and the Head of Creative, assign work, evaluate team capacity for delivery, and design team workflows, templates, and cross-functional coordination
Bring static campaigns to life by overseeing the adaptation of graphic assets into dynamic motion pieces for META, Google, Youtube, X, Reddit, and others
Collaborate closely with performance campaign specialists to continuously iterate and improve creatives according to platform best practices and implement A/B testing frameworks
Act as the ultimate quality gatekeeper ensuring all work strictly adheres to visual guidelines and apply a mastery of advanced typography, visual hierarchy, and readability contexts
Lead status meetings from the production side, clearly identify upcoming bottlenecks upfront, review outputs and team capacity, and coach others
Design AI-assisted workflows for the team and share best practices as a generative AI technical lead to architect production-ready AI workflows and custom pipelines

Требования

7+ years of experience spanning Graphic Design, Motion Design, and Video Production with proven management track record
Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual execution, precise ad adaptation, and motion graphic capabilities
Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
Advanced knowledge of dynamic mixing principles, spatial audio, audio balancing, cinematic lighting, and dynamic contrast
High level of autonomy, excellent organization, and strict attention to detail
Fluent English is a must (both written and spoken)
Deep understanding of advertising best practices across platforms like META, Google Ads, Reddit, and Amazon Ads is a plus
Experience managing projects, timelines, and collaboration utilizing Asana or Jira is a plus
Experience with 3D graphics (Cinema 4D, Blender) or advanced AI tools (Claude, Midjourney, Higgsfield, Magnific, Elevenlabs) is a plus
