The Data Analyst role at Capgemini Invent supports global licensing and commercial operations by analyzing and validating data for pricing proposals and licensing agreements. Using Excel and analytical tools, the position ensures data accuracy, identifies inconsistencies, and provides insights to business stakeholders. The role is based in Warsaw and offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical care and training opportunities.

Обязанности

Analyze licensing agreements and pricing sheets to ensure data accuracy and compliance
Support creation processing and validation of volume licensing contracts and pricing proposals
Deliver pricing calculations and custom pricing adjustments per business requirements
Monitor quality accuracy and policy compliance of pricing proposals before submission
Review commercial and licensing data to identify discrepancies errors and compliance risks
Collaborate with international teams to resolve pricing and contract-related queries
Manage contract processing activities from system limitations and operational exceptions
Support stakeholders with data analysis reporting and insights for decision-making

Требования

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Experience in data analysis with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail with ability to identify data errors and inconsistencies
Ability to work effectively independently and in cross-functional teams
Comfortable working in unstructured environment with global stakeholders
Organized proactive and results-oriented approach with ownership
Willingness to work 100% from the office
