Artemys, a digital transformation company with over 30 years of experience, is seeking a Delivery Manager for infrastructure management. The role involves managing a team of system and network administrators, coordinating 24/7 operations, and ensuring service levels for managed services. The candidate will oversee complex infrastructure environments across multiple sites.

Обязанности

Manage the team of system and network administrators.
Manage planning to ensure 24/7 activity (with on-call).
Coordinate, pilot and prioritize delivered activities.
Organize and lead technical and steering committees.
Ensure communication of activities (Incident, change, problem) to all stakeholders.
Participate in setting up and applying production processes.
Pilot the continuous improvement plan.
Guarantee compliance of Build To Run.

Требования

Experience in managing infrastructure managed services.
Minimum 8 years of experience in complex infrastructure environments.
Ability to manage both RUN (N3 incidents) and BUILD (technical projects).
Good level of English in spoken and written.
Rigorous, agile, proactive, with excellent written communication.

Условия

Annual salary between 58,000 and 68,000 EUR plus performance bonus.
