Описание

Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM) seeks a Designer to contribute strong conceptual design and interdisciplinary integration within its London studio. The role involves architectural and interior design, documentation, and collaboration across global teams, emphasizing sustainability and innovation. Candidates must hold a professional degree and provide a detailed portfolio.

Обязанности

Create and innovate strong conceptual design integrating interdisciplinary criteria
Demonstrate understanding of interiors, materials, building systems and construction techniques
Develop design documentation, construction documentation and specifications for project phases
Manage time and workload to meet project task deadlines with guidance from project leaders
Collaborate with project team and consultants through written, oral and visual communication
Apply BIM/CAD standards and procedures throughout design and documentation

Требования

Completion of a professional degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related field
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Enscape, VR and Adobe Suite for rendering and graphics
Strong skills in parametric, rendering and graphics software
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Ability to implement BIM/CAD project standards and procedures
Portfolio and CV mandatory, clearly showing individual contributions and design process
