Schneider Electric’s Digital Hub in Barcelona seeks a Digital Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of strategic digital and AI initiatives supporting customer support transformation. The role coordinates discovery, design, rollout and value realization across global teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Hybrid work and flexible scheduling provide a supportive environment for innovative delivery.

Define and drive scope, roadmap and success criteria for digital and AI initiatives
Own the full project lifecycle from discovery through pilot, rollout and closure
Ensure delivery against timeline, budget, quality and business objectives
Establish and maintain project governance including steering committees and reporting
Lead risk, issue, dependency and change management across global teams
Coordinate solution design, architecture and system integrations with technical teams
Align diverse business leaders, product teams and regional stakeholders
Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve cross‑functional dependencies
Oversee global rollout, adoption strategies, training and enablement plans
Track business impact KPIs such as agent productivity, automation rates and customer satisfaction
Manage vendor relationships and ensure alignment on scope and quality
Deliver clear, concise communications and transparent reporting to leadership

Требования

8+ years of project or program management experience in digital, IT or transformation
Demonstrated success delivering AI, digital or customer support transformation projects
Strong expertise in end‑to‑end delivery including scope, schedule, risk and quality management
Solid knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and PMP practices
Advanced PowerPoint skills for executive storytelling
Proficient Excel for KPI tracking and analysis
Experience with collaboration tools such as Teams, SharePoint and Confluence
Understanding of digital, AI and data‑driven solution architectures
Exposure to CRM or customer support platforms like Microsoft Salesforce
Excellent stakeholder influencing and communication abilities in a global matrix organization
Fluent English (required)
