The role involves overseeing CRM implementation projects end-to-end, managing teams and client relations. Responsibilities include project delivery, reporting, and pre-sales support.

Обязанности

Lead project delivery including costs, deadlines, quality, and risks
Manage teams and client relationships throughout project phases
Intervene in CRM solution implementation: scoping, design, development, and integration
Be responsible for operational and managerial reporting internally and externally
Participate in pre-sales proposals: tender responses, costing, and presentations

Требования

Bachelor's degree level (Bac+4/5) is required
Professional English proficiency at B2/C1 level
7-15 years of experience in digital project management or CRM in IT consulting
Experience in pre-sales, tender responses, and solution sizing
