Описание

The role is a hands‑on, full‑stack engineering position embedded within the advisory teams of a tech‑enabled tax advisory group. You will work closely with tax professionals to translate complex regulatory workflows into software, owning features from requirements through deployment.

Обязанности

Build MVPs in close collaboration with practicing tax advisors to solve concrete workflow problems
Translate complex advisory and regulatory processes into clear software requirements and working implementations
Iterate rapidly based on direct feedback from non‑technical domain experts
Own features end‑to‑end – from requirements gathering and scoping through to production deployment

Требования

3+ years of experience building and shipping production full‑stack software
Fluent German (spoken and written) – firm requirement
Strong proficiency with a modern backend framework such as NestJS or Express
Strong proficiency with React or an equivalent modern frontend framework
Solid full‑stack TypeScript skills
Proven experience owning features end‑to‑end and working directly with non‑technical stakeholders
Code‑first mindset with no reliance on low‑code or no‑code platforms
Experience in financial services, tax, accounting or another regulated advisory domain is a strong plus
Familiarity with German business processes or the German regulatory environment is a plus
Background in consulting, professional services or high‑performance operational environments is advantageous

On‑site work in Berlin, Germany
Competitive salary range €60,000 – €120,000 per year
