Описание

We are building an OpenTelemetry‑native observability platform with AI‑centric features and transparent pricing. The Junior IT Administrator will own the full device and access lifecycle, ensuring repeatable onboarding, secure endpoint management, and audit‑ready records.

Обязанности

Provision and de‑provision SaaS accounts for hires
Manage device lifecycle: ordering, MDM enrollment, recycling
Enforce endpoint security policies, including encryption and compliance
Maintain audit‑ready records of access and licenses
Execute end‑to‑end offboarding, revoking access and retrieving hardware
Manage vendor relationships and contracts for IT services
Support employees across time zones with prompt communication

Требования

0–2 years IT support or operations experience
Proficiency with device management tools and Google Workspace
Understanding of endpoint security concepts like encryption
Strong attention to detail for audit‑ready records
Clear written English and coordination across zones
Ability to manage multiple concurrent tickets independently
