Direct Assurance, a leading French online insurer, is looking for a Lead Release Manager to drive release management processes, improve delivery stability and support agile teams across France, Morocco and Poland.

Обязанности

Define, structure and industrialise release management practices and standardise rituals and deliverables
Manage backlog of bugs and urgent fixes, and drive automation initiatives
Facilitate change management, training and knowledge sharing across IT and business teams
Synchronise delivery across teams in France, Morocco and Poland and ensure release predictability
Create and maintain reporting dashboards and communication for major releases

Требования

7–10 years of experience in release management or similar IT roles
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and release automation
Proven ability to structure backlogs, prioritize work and lead continuous improvement initiatives
Excellent communication skills to coach teams and influence cross‑functional stakeholders
Very good English level for working in an international environment

Условия

Hybrid schedule with up to three days of remote work per week
Collaboration with global teams and requirement to coordinate across multiple time zones
Responsibility for end‑to‑end delivery stability in a fast‑growing insurance environment
