Creative Artists Agency’s CAA Brand Management division is looking for a Mid‑Weight Graphic Designer to lead medium‑sized projects and translate brand strategy into creative concepts across style guides, toolkits and sales materials.

Обязанности

Lead medium‑sized design projects independently from brief to final delivery
Translate brand strategy into commercially relevant creative concepts
Create style guides, category toolkits, trend presentations and sales materials
Work directly with Brand Managers to identify opportunities for brand extension
Present creative ideas internally and confidently explain design rationale
Support junior team members and provide informal mentoring
Manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
Identify opportunities to improve processes, templates and creative systems

Требования

Diverse, well‑rounded portfolio showcasing creativity, versatility and technical skillset
Experience presenting pitch decks to clients or stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent experience
Proficient use of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
Strong illustration and asset creation abilities
Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills
Strong interest in typography and design trends
Strong motion graphic skills
