Emma is hiring an Organic Growth Marketing Manager to own SEO, ASO, CRM, email and blogging initiatives that drive user acquisition and engagement for its finance‑management app. The role combines technical SEO, content creation and community building to shape the brand’s voice across owned channels.

Обязанности

Own and execute organic marketing across SEO, ASO, CRM, email and blogging
Manage monthly CRM campaigns to maintain consistent user engagement
Oversee website updates and optimise content for user experience and SEO
Lead PR initiatives to increase Emma’s brand visibility
Develop blog posts and career content to attract users and talent
Build and nurture community through engaging content and activities
Create and manage brand assets, decks and affiliate presentation materials
Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging

Требования

3 + years experience in organic or growth marketing within a high‑growth startup or fintech
Hands‑on expertise in technical SEO, ASO and content optimisation for search visibility
Proven ability to create and manage email and CRM campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or Braze
Strong copywriting skills with portfolio of website, blog and lifecycle email content
Experience coordinating content calendars and collaborating with design or product teams
Passion for fintech and understanding of financial product messaging

Условия

Full‑time office‑based role, Monday to Friday at Emma’s London office
Salary range £50 000 – £70 000 per year, performance‑linked reviews
