Описание

BIP is looking for a Product Manager to drive product vision, discovery and delivery for its consulting practice. The role involves defining roadmaps, collaborating with design and development teams, and using data‑driven metrics to shape product decisions. You will work in an agile environment with flexible remote and office days.

Обязанности

Define product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs
Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, negotiate trade‑offs and ensure shared understanding
Lead continuous discovery activities, validate hypotheses and create prototypes or A/B tests
Support full product lifecycle from concept through release and post‑launch adoption
Prioritise backlog items, align them with strategic objectives and team capacity
Monitor risks and dependencies, propose solutions to keep roadmap realistic
Promote product culture, empower team to make data‑informed decisions

Требования

Minimum one year experience as Product Owner or Product Manager in digital projects
Familiarity with continuous discovery, problem framing, A/B testing and product experimentation
Experience using AI tools for prototyping and workflow automation
Strong understanding of Agile and Lean principles and frameworks
Data‑driven mindset with ability to read metrics for decisions
Proficiency with Jira, Miro, Trello and Figma collaboration tools
Good command of English language, both written and spoken
