immowelt is a leading online real estate marketplace in Germany. They are hiring a Product Manager to own a bounded slice of the Pro Tools surface, focusing on agent-experience metrics and shipping measurable improvements.

Обязанности

Answer who users are and why they need the product
Continuously track product success and health metrics
Generate, collect and prioritize hypotheses for product improvement
Test hypotheses with the team
Build product backlog based on data
Write specs / user stories for product improvements
Set product tasks for the team and explain product logic
Present results at team events
Ensure transparency of goals and results for stakeholders
Take into account interests of other units
Back up the Engineering Manager on development-team management

Требования

Experience in marketplaces/classifieds or B2B products
Experience with customer-facing product interfaces, with a track record of improving funnel conversion
Native German speaker
Critical thinking, ability to build valid argumentation
Empathy, ability to put oneself in others' shoes
Understanding of Lean Startup approaches
Key areas of project management
Ability to use LLMs effectively
Prompt engineering skills
Proficiency with product work tools and approaches
Knowledge of product metrics and data analytics
Understanding of user research approaches
Methods for prioritizing product backlog
Presentation skills
Basics of Agile approaches
