Описание

Content Guru provides enterprise cloud customer experience and contact centre solutions worldwide. The Quality Assurance Manager will lead a small QA team, overseeing manual and automated testing, process improvement and compliance with ISO standards. The position is based at the company’s head office in Bracknell.

Обязанности

Review requirements, specifications and technical designs to provide feedback
Create structured test plans, test cases and testing estimates
Develop and execute automation scripts to improve testing efficiency
Identify, record and track bugs throughout the development lifecycle
Perform regression testing and validate software fixes
Document test results, maintain QA records and produce training guidance
Track QA metrics such as defect density and open defect counts
Lead, coach and mentor a small team of QA Engineers

Требования

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
Proven experience in software QA within Agile/Scrum environments
In‑depth knowledge of QA methodologies, tools and processes
Experience developing and executing automated test scripts
Ability to lead, coach and motivate a small QA team
Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards
Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organisational skills
Excellent communication and attention to detail
