Описание

Release Manager at Mettler-Toledo in Warsaw, responsible for coordinating releases, managing deployments, communicating with teams, and improving processes in a hybrid work model.

Обязанности

Technically manage the deployment of solutions across landscapes using CHARM, BitBucket, Jenkins, Azure DevOps
Bundle individual changes into relevant releases such as daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, emergency
Communicate release management deadlines to delivery teams
Manage operational communication related to ongoing releases to SAFe Product Teams and stakeholders
Provide input for business communication related to releases
Manage cooperation with internal and external technical teams
Prepare analysis related to release management specific KPIs
Pro-actively identify blockers and impediments in Release Management Area
Work on process improvements including LEAN Initiatives and basic scripting
Cooperate with external partners such as service providers and audits
Explore and implement AI agents and automation opportunities within processes

Требования

2 years of Release Management, SDLC, Change Management, or IT Delivery experience
Fluent English written and spoken, used to communicating with different nationalities
Hands on experience with AI tools
Knowledge and practical experience in Agile and/or SCRUM approach
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with risk assessment
Readiness to support emergencies after standard working hours and during weekends
