Flatchr is the French leader in applicant tracking systems, helping over 2,700 companies recruit top talent with a fast, integrated product. The role focuses on enhancing the Node.js/React stack, driving architecture decisions, and mentoring the team while leveraging AI tools to boost productivity. You will work in a small tech team delivering high‑load ingestion pipelines and intelligent features such as smart parsing and CV matching.

Обязанности

Design and evolve scalable architectures on the Node/React stack
Implement and optimise high‑load ingestion pipelines and multi‑distribution systems
Raise front‑end quality by improving performance, UX, SEO and accessibility with Next.js
Enforce best practices including clean code, TypeScript typing, testing strategy and code reviews
Mentor junior developers and lead technical discussions within the team
Integrate intelligent AI‑driven features such as smart parsing, CV matching and candidate summarisation
Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to align technical decisions with impact

Требования

5 to 6 years solid Fullstack JavaScript/TypeScript development experience
Advanced mastery of Node.js architecture and React ecosystem with strong UX focus
Daily use of AI tools such as LLM copilots to automate repetitive tasks
Proven ability to design, challenge and evolve robust, high‑performance architectures
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker containers and Google Cloud Platform
Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and data ingestion pipelines handling large XML feeds
Commitment to clean code, strict TypeScript typing, comprehensive testing strategy and rigorous code reviews
