Airbus Defence and Space is seeking a Systems Engineer Quality Responsible for the A400M program in Getafe, Madrid. The role involves planning and executing engineering quality activities, deploying quality methods, and managing non-conformities. The candidate will interface with key stakeholders and drive continuous improvement projects.
Обязанности
Plan and execute E2E Engineering Quality activities, including Process Assurance Plans, Technical Reviews, Quality Gates, and FCA
Deploy Quality methods and risk prevention tools across development programs
Interface with key internal and external stakeholders
Manage non-conformities and quality anomalies, supporting root cause analysis and driving corrective action
Support the Business Management System and audits, ensuring compliance with EN9100
Drive continuous improvement projects, identifying weak points and managing risks
Требования
Grade, Degree, or Master in Engineering (Systems, Aeronautical, Industrial, or related)
At least 1 year of experience in Engineering; background in a Design organization required
High adaptability, strong communication skills, continuous improvement mindset
Advanced level in English and Spanish (both written & spoken)
In-depth understanding of Systems Engineering, Quality Management Systems, APQP, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, PAR methodologies
Previous experience within Airbus or aeronautical design organization environments (valuable)
