The Gym Group is looking for a Finance Systems Specialist who will own and improve Workday Finance and Adaptive Planning. The role sits at the intersection of finance and technology, offering exposure to integrations, data automation and AI. It is a hybrid position based in London with three days in the office and two days remote.

Обязанности

Support and progressively own Workday Finance and Adaptive Planning systems
Act as primary contact for finance users, investigate issues and deliver lasting solutions
Monitor and improve integrations between finance systems and other critical applications using SQL and data tools
Translate finance colleagues' requirements into system or process improvements
Contribute to system implementations, upgrades and improvement projects, owning defined workstreams and supporting testing and adoption
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and reduce friction across the finance function
Explore AI and emerging technologies to improve finance processes and turn ideas into outcomes
Build effective relationships with external system providers and internal technical teams to resolve issues and deliver changes

Требования

Several years of experience supporting or administering business systems
Strong hands‑on SQL skills for querying datasets and troubleshooting
Practical understanding of integrations, APIs or system‑to‑system data flows
Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities with a focus on lasting fixes
Experience contributing to system projects or implementations and owning workstreams
Confidence communicating technical topics clearly to non‑technical stakeholders

Условия

Hybrid schedule: three days in the office, two days remote
